Can you tell us about this track?  

This track started with an acapella from Raquel Dos Teclados, my idea was to do something really atmospheric yet hard hitting. I don’t know why, but when I was doing the second part I kept singing the melody from Pitbull “Hotel Room Service” over the beat, and I stuck with that for the song.

What's your process?

I’m mostly a mouse and keyboard oriented producer, I often see myself building connections between samples from various songs. I’m always looking to create something full of references and cool little moments to make you smile when it hits.

Can you tell us about your scene?

I see myself as a part of the “funk bedroom producer scene.” People who don't often go to parties but really enjoy the music.

Who are your biggest influences? 

Thom Yorke, Skrillex and DJ TONIAS for sure.

Samuel Organ.
