Hectoseconds is a musical experience constrained by time. The project, inspired by the Nina Hub infrastructure, focuses on collaboration and exploration

Each cycle in this ten part series starts with a new sample reel released via the Hub. Collecting grants the owner the right to upload one of their tracks to the Hub

Conditions for a track to be eligible for the Hub:

- contain at least one of the elements from the sample reel

- be exactly one hectosecond (100 seconds) long

Sample reels are available in editions of ten, and any remaining quantities will be discontinued at the end of the corresponding cycle

Uploaded tracks will be compiled at the end of each cycle into a continuous mix and archived on Soundcloud

Reels are inspired by the sample CD culture of the nineties. Collaborators are invited to reference this audio moodboard for their contributions:

Upload instructions for sample reel holders:

- send an e-mail to hectoseconds@iamkabuki.xyz

- include the details for wallet ID, artist name and track title

- you will receive your customised Hectoseconds artwork

- as approved collaborator you can upload directly to the Hub

- set size to 10 editions and price to $10 USDC
