A work for choir. Written for my lovely wife Rutele. The piece starts out with a bit of dissonance as the tenor sees the young maid by the river, his head is spinning! Then she notices him, but tells him that she is not alone, her brothers are near in the forest. Then the relatives and the river start singing, asking questions such as "is he kind? is he wealthy". This recording is with Ooohs and Aaahs, as it was written in Lithuanian and The Stress cannot sing this in Lithuanian, so oohs and aahs for now!
