Can you tell us about this track?
This track is very special to me because it kinda sums up the sound I've been crafting in the past couple years. Mandelão and techno are usually the main courses I tend to take and in this track I feel like they both have their specific moments in a very fluid way.
What's your process?
I have been making music for a long long time and my process is always changing. I'm constantly learning, hearing, and experiencing new forms of sound, whether it is music or not. Ultimately, my process is just expressing what I'm feeling.
Can you tell us about your scene?
The underground scene here is very diverse, there's a very rich mix of genres like funk, garacha, reggea, techno and house. Very inspiring.
Who are your biggest influences?
It's hard to point out only one big inspiration, but honestly SOPHIE has always and will always inspire me. Love the way she mixes her sound to be so palpable.
Who's your favorite artist on Nina?
Recently I came across Leod on Nina's website, loved “Untitled 04” and kept discovering Leod's sound.
Any shoutouts?
A major shoutout to my besties Clementaum and LAZA.
