April Clark⁠ is a writer and comedian based out of Los Angeles. After dropping out of graduate school, April formed the trans comedy duo ⁠Girl God⁠ with ⁠Grace Freud⁠.

The duo has since grown wildly in popularity, which has helped to justify April’s decision re: the grad school thing. That’s not to say the journey was easy, though. The duo had to jump through hoops just like any other comedy duo — and they successfully did jump through such hoops.
