Today, we present an exclusive look at Low End Activist’s forthcoming record Municipal Dreams a day before its wide release. Though the album is rooted in the UK hardcore continuum, it is as much a personal statement as it is a musical one. The record explores the textures, both social and sonic, of the Oxford council estate the artist grew up in.
